PROCESS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPING
Between the design and realisation stages of a work scheme, our team liaises continuously with suppliers and contractors to ensure the smooth-running of the project.
We provide detailed purchase orders, coordinate delivery of goods and materials to the site, all the while keeping a close eye on quality so that the initial concept envisaged by the client takes shape.
A comprehensive budget is formulated that includes all selected materials and equipment. Additionally, a decision is made as to which company will perform project construction and finishing works.
Procurement strategy ↓↑
With the budget in mind, finishing materials and equipment is chosen, as are the relevant manufacturers and suppliers.
Supply chain ↓↑
The third phase of implementation refers back to the construction schedule, and involves developing a timescale and formal schedule for procurement of materials/equipment.
Purchase orders and Appointment ↓↑
The procurement schedule allows us to form accounts for the timetabled purchase of materials and equipment.
Financial and Quality Control ↓↑
All orders are tracked and checked for quality, with the terms and conditions of each contract being checked and controlled on an ongoing basis.
The 6th phase of implementation includes:
Making arrangements for the delivery of materials and equipment to the project site
Ensuring the acceptance process is carried out with relation to delivered materials
Organisation of the cleaning and finishing process at the project site
All works are then complete.
